All countries worldwide have signed up to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and committed objective of achieving ‘universal health coverage, including financial risk protection, access quality essential health-care services safe, effective, affordable medicines vaccines for all’. During COVID-19 pandemic beyond, advancement toward universal coverage (UHC) will become more difficult many countries, demonstrating that locally led priority setting is urgently needed provide with appropriate protection all.
